Who signed the collection note? A seller-issued note with no receiving signature may describe the intended collection. Ask the agent to match that document to their intake reference.

18分Understandable. The wording is doing a lot of work there. I'd ask one concrete question: has the agent physically received this crate, yes or no? Include both references in that message.

19分When they answer, check whether 'received' means the paperwork or the crate. Freight conversations manage to use the same word for both, which doesn't help anyone planning an installation.
