Has anyone actually got my UR5e crate?

I've got a seller's collection note and an agent saying 'awaiting intake'. Different references. Our UR5e and controller cable are supposedly together. Who can tell me where they actually are?

Who signed the collection note? A seller-issued note with no receiving signature may describe the intended collection. Ask the agent to match that document to their intake reference.

Only the seller signed it. I'd read 'collection' as collected.

Understandable. The wording is doing a lot of work there. I'd ask one concrete question: has the agent physically received this crate, yes or no? Include both references in that message.

Sent that question with both references. No third version of the story needed.

When they answer, check whether 'received' means the paperwork or the crate. Freight conversations manage to use the same word for both, which doesn't help anyone planning an installation.
