Our FR5 arm crate arrived. Tooling crate didn't. Freight tracking says the whole consignment is delivered and everyone keeps forwarding that page as though it will materialise the box. How do I get them to trace the actual missing crate?
What marking identifies the tool crate separately? Start there, then ask where that marked crate was last recorded. The master shipment number keeps sending them back to the wrong question.
Found it in the seller's loading photo. Separate painted code. I've sent that with the dimensions and the photo of what we received. Thank you, much better search target.
Depot supervisor has. Their unpacking photo shows both crates at the depot, but only the arm crate is on the outbound photo. Tool crate still not found. At least we're searching one place now.
Have they checked where separated packages go at that depot? I'd ask about that holding area, using your crate code, before another general search of the consignment number.
