What marking identifies the tool crate separately? Start there, then ask where that marked crate was last recorded. The master shipment number keeps sending them back to the wrong question.

17 pointsDepot supervisor has. Their unpacking photo shows both crates at the depot, but only the arm crate is on the outbound photo. Tool crate still not found. At least we're searching one place now.
21 pointsHave they checked where separated packages go at that depot? I'd ask about that holding area, using your crate code, before another general search of the consignment number.
