Our FR5 and connection cable have a carrier label but no confirmed collection. I have kept the package marks separate this time. Seller repeats shipped and the same screenshot. Which dispatch record should I ask them to connect to those actual packages?
Keep your setup planning at unconfirmed location while they check. People tend to remember shipped and forget all the caveats that follow it, especially when they are trying to book somebody's time.
Consolidator confirmed both marked packages in its warehouse and sent the receiving record. They are waiting for onward instructions. The carrier label hasn't moved because the carrier hasn't got them.
Seller's dispatch desk. They had not completed the destination paperwork. It is corrected now and the consolidator has booked onward collection, which is still only a booking.
Yes, both marks and the cable package are listed. Receiving has that list. Thank you, Victor; I checked the booking attachment rather than taking the email's complete at face value.
It has. Carrier's first physical scan and handover count cover both packages. No arrival here yet, but this is the first status I can use for planning the remaining wait.
Both packages received. Controller connection cable is present and maintenance matched the hardware identities to the order. The label-created chase is closed; setup is a separate job for our installer.
Send that checked inventory to the installer with the delivery status. It is a better starting point than a forwarded chain of twenty different meanings of shipped.
