Would sending both our worst tray actually tell us anything useful?

Yes, if it's representative of trays you intend to keep using; an exceptionally damaged one might answer the wrong question.

We said existing trays preferred. That's doing a lot of work, isn't it.

It is ambiguous; request separate prices for retaining your trays and replacing them, with the demonstrated configuration identified in each offer.

I'd send a normal tray too, because our worst one lived under a bench for years and wasn't evidence of everyday production.

And did somebody straighten it between takes? I've been caught counting edited successes before.

You're right, I made my bad experience sound like something that happened in this demo; I only meant to ask about continuity.

It showed slower approaches, no failures. I've asked both for the same tray trial and two prices.
