Have you sent an overall view showing the shifted supports as well as the enclosure damage? The contact path may be easier to understand in that view than in a close-up alone.

7分Ask the seller who can assess it locally and what they propose to inspect. A start-up video is not a sensible first step after visible impact near the controller.
11分Does their response address the displaced supports, or only the visible mark? I would keep the damage description broad enough to include what moved in transit, without guessing what is damaged inside.

2分Hazel, yes. And if a visit is proposed, Victor needs the intended scope before agreeing to it. Otherwise it may turn into another request to power the unit for the visitor.
