Our UR5e arm arrived. Controller and power lead did not. Seller claims separate shipment but supplies only the arm reference.

Ask for the controller package mark, its contents and actual handover record, explicitly separate from the delivered arm. Send your receiving count alongside it. Keep setup marked incomplete; another copy of the arm receipt won't establish where the missing package is
