Which parcel reference covers our missing FR5 controller?

The attached packing list says two packages, but neither line names the contents.

Then ask them to match each package number to its contents and carrier reference; you've got a useful starting point, just not enough to locate the missing kit.

They sent a photo of a carton marked 2. No carrier label visible.

Ask where carton 2 physically is, because another picture of a number won't get your controller to the workshop

And ask whether the cable is inside that carton, rather than finding a third shipment after the controller arrives.

At least the paperwork isn't claiming you've received both.

Alex, have they answered where the second carton is yet?

Seller says it's at their packing agent, waiting for collection. That's different from their first reply.

I'd ask for the collection status and the contents list together now, and tell your installer the remaining equipment has no confirmed dispatch yet.

Done. Installer is holding off scheduling. Seller has confirmed controller and pendant cable in carton 2.

No. Just a message saying the agent will book it. Still no new carrier reference.

I'd leave it outstanding. A booking they're going to make can still go nowhere.
