Which parcel reference covers our missing FR5 controller?

Ask for the second parcel's carrier reference and a packing list tied to it, so the controller and cable don't remain two promises inside the same vague shipment.
8pointsThe attached packing list says two packages, but neither line names the contents.
14pointsThen ask them to match each package number to its contents and carrier reference; you've got a useful starting point, just not enough to locate the missing kit.
12pointsThey sent a photo of a carton marked 2. No carrier label visible.
6pointsAsk where carton 2 physically is, because another picture of a number won't get your controller to the workshop
4pointsAnd ask whether the cable is inside that carton, rather than finding a third shipment after the controller arrives.
16pointsDoes the carrier's delivery record say one package delivered or two?
-1pointsOne delivered. Driver's receipt agrees with that. Thanks, Daniel, I hadn't checked the carrier page against it.
10pointsAt least the paperwork isn't claiming you've received both.
13pointsAlex, have they answered where the second carton is yet?
3pointsSeller says it's at their packing agent, waiting for collection. That's different from their first reply.
23pointsI'd ask for the collection status and the contents list together now, and tell your installer the remaining equipment has no confirmed dispatch yet.
11pointsDone. Installer is holding off scheduling. Seller has confirmed controller and pendant cable in carton 2.
16pointsGood on holding the visit; no point paying someone to admire a crate while the useful bits sit elsewhere
3pointsHave you received a collection confirmation since then?
9pointsNo. Just a message saying the agent will book it. Still no new carrier reference.
10pointsI'd leave it outstanding. A booking they're going to make can still go nowhere.
