Photograph the nick closely enough to identify it, then get a whole-face picture with the screw hole visible. You'll need both, a lovely close-up is surprisingly useless once somebody turns the part round.

Why are we labelling the lamp in these UR5e inspection pictures?

Our faceplate sample folder has three pictures of the same bright line labelled scratch, clean and uncertain. Excellent start. This is for a proposed UR5e camera station, not the bezel job I asked about before.
I put the actual faceplate beside the pictures. There's a small nick near one screw hole, but the long line changes when I move the lamp. I want to settle the sample labels before anyone starts adjusting thresholds. Would you photograph the nick separately first or sort the whole presentation out?
