Our UR5e order is between two incompatible updates. The seller says its truck handed it to the freight agent; the agent is awaiting warehouse receipt under another number. I have asked for the handover record because our planned tray-transfer installation now has no reliable delivery estimate.
Can I ask who supplied each reference? Our booking number changed when the consolidator received the pallet, but sales kept quoting the first one. Or it may just be two systems using different numbers for the same load.
Seller supplied a local collection reference. Agent supplied the warehouse booking. Neither message links the numbers, and the seller's screenshot has no crate mark visible.
Ask the seller to connect its collection record to the warehouse booking and your crate mark. I'd put both contacts in one existing exchange so you aren't translating two vague answers back and forth.
Ours spent several days at a yard while the onward truck was arranged. I kept the installers off site until someone could give us a real arrival date. Can you postpone that booking without much cost?
Keep the matching controller cable on the package list during this trace too. When freight splits or repacks an order, the small accessory package is easy to lose from the conversation while everybody follows the arm crate.
Yard sent a receipt and photograph matching our crate mark. The cable package is listed with it. Onward transport remains unbooked, so we have a location now but still no arrival estimate.
