Which part of the carton carries the product down to the base? A continuous insert or separate feet? The outside rectangle hides quite a lot.

6分I'd want a section through the least supported carton, not whichever one looks best. Mark the rails on it so packaging can point to the actual problem.

8分Our last changeover sheet had two pallet pictures with no way to tell which applied. If alternatives survive this review, somebody needs to own the selection.
11分For the combined drawing I'd include the fingers while carrying the carton, while releasing it, and on withdrawal. A section of the finished stack can look fine while the tool still has nowhere to go. Packaging can then mark support they actually require against those positions. I wouldn't ask them to invent the gripper solution. Give them something concrete to reject or accept within their part of the job.

11分The integrator has sent a straight-row alternative with one fewer position and a different withdrawal route; packaging has marked the rails supported in the drawn finished layer, but hasn't checked the placement sequence yet, so at least we're arguing over the same sheet now.
5分Keep the old count out of the operator sheet while that's being checked. Ours nearly got taught from a superseded picture.
10分Is the one fewer position per layer, Priya, or per complete pallet? Dispatch will want the total difference.
