Send a clear view naming the actual clamp and presence device, with the fixture identity and active job version. I had a connector clip where the missing context mattered more than another angle on the arm. Ask support to describe the wait for this arrangement.

0分Does the retained sequence show the request before that wait as well as the confirmation state? It will matter if support is deciding whether the missing condition was actually expected at that point.
