Which fixture detail should accompany our FR10 connector wait?

Our FR10 connector-unloading clip includes the waiting step now, but the seller is discussing a two-clamp fixture. We have one clamp and a separate presence check. What should make that difference unmistakable?

Send a clear view naming the actual clamp and presence device, with the fixture identity and active job version. I had a connector clip where the missing context mattered more than another angle on the arm. Ask support to describe the wait for this arrangement.

Thank you Farah. Their reply used an older fixture drawing. They have the current one now, with both devices identified in the photograph.

Have them name the current drawing revision in their answer. A new attachment can sit underneath an old explanation for a surprisingly long time.

They confirmed revision F and identified the presence confirmation as the condition behind the captured wait. Our technician is checking the retained sequence for that occurrence.

Does the retained sequence show the request before that wait as well as the confirmation state? It will matter if support is deciding whether the missing condition was actually expected at that point.

Farah's question is worth answering before another site visit is priced. Ella has corrected the fixture misunderstanding; that does not automatically mean the remaining evidence can explain the stop.
