Which single-panel checks should accompany our FR10 vacuum-tool proposal?

I've asked the supplier to include support and single-sheet verification for our coated-panel transfer. Their new report still starts with one loose panel on a bench. That's the awkward part conveniently pre-solved

Did they test anything from your actual stack?

No. The video starts with the separated panel already under the tool. Vacuum reading shown, stack nowhere in sight

Send that back with the start condition marked. You ordered an answer about stacked panels

Does their proposal name a way to detect an unwanted second panel?

Lin, just a statement that panels will be checked. No method or response to a failed check. I've asked them to describe both

Include no panel as well as one and two, with the supported transfer and release.

And who handles a failed separation? That's work the quote still hasn't explained.

Exactly. A good vacuum number won't pick up the rejected stack and sort it out for you
