The installed pendant cable is here with our FR5. The promised spare kit isn't. After 46 days of next shipment replies without a parcel reference, I want the shortage answered before sample-sorting plans swallow it.
The confirmation lists a spare kit and the final message names an extra pendant cable in it. Their latest photo only shows the installed cable, which isn't the missing item.
Return that distinction with the message. A photograph of the working cable answers whether you have one, not whether they supplied the extra one they promised.
Ask about the complete kit as well, Mia, because getting the cable named can accidentally shrink the outstanding supply to one item; stores should retain the original contents list until each line is reconciled.
Caleb, yes, though that doesn't mean Mia must buy a second kit immediately. Availability and the shortage claim are separate decisions, especially before somebody duplicates the order.
They now say they can send the cable separately. The rest of the kit isn't mentioned and there's still no parcel reference. I'm asking what quantity and dispatch date that offer covers.
That is a narrower offer, not completion of the kit. I would keep the unanswered contents beside the cable offer so purchasing can accept a useful partial supply without marking every line received.
Purchasing has agreed to pursue the separate cable without closing the other kit lines. Nothing collected or received yet. At least the conversation finally names something other than next shipment.
