I'm working out what to ask for in the training part of a robot proposal, and I keep coming back to the same small-shop problem: the person who learns it best will also be the person everyone interrupts.
Would you bring a second person into the practical handover from the start, or put that time into good recordings and follow-up support? I know a recording isn't a qualification. I'm trying to spend the training budget where it leaves us least dependent on one person.
Would you budget for two people at the robot handover?
