Would you budget for two people at the robot handover?

I'm working out what to ask for in the training part of a robot proposal, and I keep coming back to the same small-shop problem: the person who learns it best will also be the person everyone interrupts. Would you bring a second person into the practical handover from the start, or put that time into good recordings and follow-up support? I know a recording isn't a qualification. I'm trying to spend the training budget where it leaves us least dependent on one person.

Two active learners, if the scope allows. Specify time for both to practise the agreed tasks; two attendees watching one demonstration is not the same purchase.

I was counting seats rather than practice time, which rather defeats my own argument; I'll ask for the tasks and time for each person before deciding what the recording is meant to support.
