Who does the seller say collected it? Ask for that carrier or agent's receipt linked to your package marking, rather than another statement about shipment status.
22分They say a local forwarder collected it before the main carrier. First time that extra leg has been mentioned. I've asked for its handover record.
19分Does the forwarder have a reference you can verify with them directly? The main carrier may genuinely have nothing yet, but somebody should be able to identify that earlier handover.
13分Keep the mounting plate in the package breakdown while you trace it. We have had a small tooling carton disappear from the discussion because everyone focused on the arm crate.
