Our connector-loading package intermittently waits with a molded body still held. Sixteen days since I reported it to the seller through Alibaba. I have the installed job identity, but my phone video and the exported states come from different stops. The seller wants more information. I need a capture they can actually match.
Ask the package author which waiting step and input they need from the same occurrence. I would also tell them plainly that the existing export is from another stop. Otherwise someone will spend an afternoon explaining a video with signals that never belonged to it.
