I've got the fitted adapter on our FR5, but the extra one on the order still hasn't appeared. Seller says next shipment. Again.
What should I ask for that actually tells me whether this thing exists and is coming? I can't put next shipment in the spares cupboard.
Ask whether your adapter is in stock, then for its item reference and planned dispatch. If they claim it's already sent, ask for the parcel record. Otherwise you're arguing with a phrase that can mean anything from packed to not made yet.
