Our receipt describes one wrapped pallet, containing the arm crate. Consolidator's contents sheet puts the mounting kit on a second pallet with other freight. No onward receipt for its crate yet.

Ask what happened when that second pallet was split. A pallet arriving at a depot doesn't tell your stores where the smaller crate went afterwards.

Keep the crate mark in each query. The master shipment status may remain delivered even while that separate handover is unresolved.

Only the load number. They have asked the local depot to search for the physical crate and check the individual delivery records. I have kept our setup booking open, not assigned a delivery day.

Local depot located the marked crate in its held-freight area. They sent an exterior photograph matching the mark and reported no visible packaging damage. Our coordinator is arranging onward delivery; contents still need checking here.
