I ordered Universal Robots UR5e from an unnamed seller in China after they confirmed a configuration against our fixture drawing. The delivered label has a different suffix, and the interface around the tool interface bracket looks different from that drawing.
The seller says equivalent but hasn't provided a comparison. I've left our tooling unfitted and waited 8 days for clarification.

Do you have the seller's confirmation, delivered identification label, and fixture drawing available together? Comparing those would identify the discrepancy without assuming what the suffix means.
10分Yes. Their prepayment reply references our drawing, and the delivered identifier differs. My unpacking photos show the interface difference before we've fitted anything.
