Our FR10 sleeve transfer has accumulated small pickup edits from different people. Each one helped enough to leave in place, but the sleeves now look less square in the fingers and nobody can explain the combined change. I watched the tray go back against its stops and it looked ordinary, which is not much of a measurement. Before somebody offers a whole new set of taught points, I'd like to establish what has physically changed. Where would you start on a station with replaceable trays and finger pads?
Don't forget the sleeves themselves. Same moulding revision, same incoming condition? A tray can sit perfectly while a slightly different part rocks in every pocket.
Caleb, maintenance has an earlier tool photo. Jane, the labelled sleeve revision is unchanged, but I haven't compared actual samples. The tray latch was replaced between the first and second pickup edits.
Toby, do the saved program copies tell you which edit came before that latch replacement, or has everybody been saving over the same wonderfully informative final file?
Yes, one to start. Then other representative sleeves once you know what the first one is doing. Not a permanent test set of one conveniently cooperative part.
Maintenance found the replacement latch pressing the tray upward before it reached the rear stop. Correct seating is being restored. Gabriel, we have the program copies, so the earlier edits can be reviewed rather than inherited blindly. Jane, sample seating still needs checking.
