I followed a correction note on our old bracket sheet and found the accepted dimension was measured after a separate straightening operation. We're reviewing FR10 welding tooling, and the proposal treats that value as the fixture's output. I need the new handover to explain who handles the work if it remains.
Only pass/fail marks before correction, no actual dimensions. The old operator remembers checking the gap near the top, but the sheet doesn't identify the measuring setup.
Ask quality to define that setup for new measurements. Also check which drawing revision the old operator was working to before combining his recollection with the current part.
I'm dealing with a similar missing correction bench in another proposal. Has your layout made room for that work, or quietly assumed the new fixture eliminates it? That assumption can leave the operator with nowhere to finish the part.
It assumed the work disappears. We've held that part of the layout while quality and welding plan the trial. Thanks, I'll get the operator involved before the revised bench arrangement is drawn.
