Our UR5e connector stops halfway into the fixture-loading sequence

Message is 'fixture presence not confirmed'. I have the carrier label. The insert itself doesn't show in my clip, though the connector does.

Get the fitted insert identified, then ask which ordinary condition feeds that message. Carrier identity may not establish the insert.

Don't call the sensor faulty from the wording alone. The expected object may simply not be in its expected place.

Leah, different name. I've supplied the drawing reference with our nickname beside it. Tooling identified the fitted insert as the correct family but an older revision than the seller's setup image.

That revision difference needs an explanation, not an automatic replacement order. Do the locating and sensing features actually differ?

The technical contact found the difference: their presence target position was revised with the insert, but our delivered set mixes the earlier insert and later target arrangement. Tooling is checking the matching replacement proposal.

Keep that proposed matching set identified as a complete arrangement. A replacement insert by itself may leave the same mismatch if another piece is assumed.

Has the seller acknowledged which arrangement was supplied against the order? Useful to get that settled before the next dispatch photo arrives with yet another reference.
