I'm leaving our delivered UR5e unpowered. The order labels match, but the setup guide shows a different cable panel. Seller keeps sending the same guide with a new filename.

Have you sent the installer one clear panel overview with the readable equipment labels and the disputed manual page?
19分Yes, installer has both. They asked the seller for the applicable connection information too. Renaming the attachment seems to be the entire response so far.
4分Ask the seller to name the technical contact who can identify the correct document for those delivered assemblies.
11分Got a technical contact at last. They are checking the controller identity against the guide, no replacement document yet. Thanks Caleb, asking for a person worked better than asking again for a PDF.
