The FR10 pattern supports the wrong bits of our cartons

I'm not signing off this layer from a top view. Our filled boxes have load-bearing end sections, but the rotated positions bridge gaps below them. The FR10 tool drawing looks tidy because it has no open fingers. Need the real boxes and the whole tool in the same review.

Has packaging marked those end sections on a filled-box drawing?

Yes, marked bottom view and section. Integrator only used the outside dimensions. Packaging is asking for actual filled samples at the review as well.

Good. Overlay their support marks before the next animation gets polished.

Compare a different pattern if needed, but don't choose it solely because the carton ends look better supported; the tool still needs room to place and leave.

A non-rotated option is already proposed. Lower count, better drawn support, awkward opening at the end of a row. No winning picture yet.

Who owns comparing those two options, including the lower pallet count?

Integrator owns the combined layout, packaging the filled-case assessment, dispatch the handling cost. I've asked for their comments against one revision before the price is updated. We haven't agreed a pattern.
