13分Our case review also needed the tool open, not just gripping a box. The spaces between cases were there to let fingers out, which made the support question harder to solve by simply closing the gaps.

20分Yes, side fingers. The notes are from our packing designer for this case and contents. She's now got the layout and both tool positions.

5分We have one shared revision for the review now. Still waiting for her answer on the rotated layer. And I meant both jaw positions earlier, not two alternative tools.
