I ordered Fairino FR10 with the tool connection cable from an unnamed seller in China for transferring sample trays. The seller reports handover to a freight agent, but the agent reports awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference.
After 53 days of location queries, I still can't establish where our order is.

Could you check each document's title? It matters whether you're comparing a booking with a receipt, since those describe different events.
