I ordered Fairino FR10 with the tool connection cable from an unnamed seller in China for transferring sample trays. The seller reports handover to a freight agent, but the agent reports awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference.
After 53 days of location queries, I still can't establish where our order is.
Our setup is beside a parts preparation station.
The seller supplied a collection booking, while the agent's warehouse reference shows no arrival. Although our packing list includes the arm and the tool connection cable, neither message identifies a received crate against that order.
Give each party the two references and the crate identifier in private correspondence. Request a mapping between the references and confirmation of the last physical receipt of that crate.
@NoahBennett0716 Would it help to put both parties on a single message? Passing their unclear answers between separate conversations is getting frustrating.
On my own freight order, a shared message helped. Each contact could see which reference the other was using, so I stopped being the translation department.
@GraceBennett0755 A joint message to the contacts you already use makes sense. Getting them to connect the references should establish the shipment's location.
I now have the agent's confirmation that it received our crate, with the seller's reference linked to it. The disputed handover is accounted for, though delivery is still outstanding.
