Our FR10 sketch reaches the aluminum blank, but adding the gripper body has made the doorway look rather less generous; actually we haven't drawn the open door yet, so I can't even defend that impression. I want the setter's access included before we start comparing arm positions.
Get the actual door position and complete tool assembly into the same drawing, with loaded withdrawal and empty return. I cannot judge the position from reach to the blank alone.
