Can't recommend the FR5 purchase with fixture labour still blank

We have retained a normal box from the last run, including the tangled bits the demo conveniently never saw.

Don't tidy it for the trial. Sounds obvious, until somebody helpfully tidies it for the trial.

Who is recording the preparation time?

She agreed to that. Also wants the awkward end of the box included. Fair request; those last few parts take more handling than the rest.

She'll time preparation while I observe the presentation trial. Neither of us will be the person doing all the arranging this time.

Which nest revision are you testing?

Have you settled the trial's effort limit too? Otherwise every bad result can become permission to spend another afternoon improving the nest.

The afternoon is never in the original estimate either.

And don't bury the operator's work in the average. I want to know if one bad arrival needs a skilled person hovering there, even when most of the box sails through.

We would pause if routine presentation still needs constant arranging, or another tooling change can't be costed sensibly. Assistance gets recorded separately. The aim isn't to keep going until one video looks good.

Rev C, Jonas. Sorry, I read your question too quickly. That's the one with the removable locating insert. We haven't ordered production tooling.

Trial finished within the agreed effort. Several normal arrivals still need hand arranging, so we're pausing the arm purchase and getting a priced presentation proposal. My colleague and I finally agree on the next decision.
