I've paused our FR5 bezel example folder. One accepted part gets a bright diagonal stripe when it sits against the other nest edge. Both pictures are labelled scratches. We need the seating sorted too.

Can the bezel actually move between those edges when fitted?
21分Yes, there's play in the temporary holder. I can seat it against either edge before the photograph. The folder doesn't say which edge was used.
13分Have tooling check the intended location before you collect another reference set.
9分Who decided the part was accepted? I only ask because we once kept repeating somebody's first label after the sample had picked up a fresh mark. The same object isn't necessarily in the same condition forever.
5分Quality checked it again, Rachel. Still accepted. They've identified a separate nicked bezel for comparison and marked the nick location on an annotated copy.

6分Holder revision is proposed, not built yet. Sara, old views are in a separate diagnostic folder. Rebecca, the comparison request includes both physical samples and the intended camera setup.
8分Ask for repeat seating by the person who will load it as well, so the comparison does not depend on the tool designer gently settling each bezel by hand.
