Which FR5 guide applies to the cable ends we actually received?

Those are photographed. One cable label has a suffix absent from the packing list; I've included it rather than shortening the reference to match the order.
12分Has the seller confirmed that suffix belongs with the supplied controller? The applicable guide and the compatibility answer should both refer to the identified hardware, not merely the model family.
22分Does the installer have the same guide as purchasing, Nadia, or are two versions circulating?
3分I'd ask the seller to explain the delivered set before paying to adapt it. My confirmed tooling description turned out to show fingers borrowed for the demonstration. Different problem from this cable, but approved description and supplied bits did not agree.
16分Is there a document number or revision on this guide at all? A screenshot of the cover might make the repeated wrong attachment harder to miss.
6分Bruno, we had a handover attachment saved under the right filename with an old cover inside. I would check the document itself, yes. Renaming the file isn't much of a revision system.
4分The photographs help identify what needs explaining, but I would not ask anyone here to infer the electrical arrangement from them. The supplier or a competent local support contact needs the correct information for that complete package.
7分Ask for the actual difference to be stated. My delivered adapter looked different from the trial setup, and leaving the fitter to make the quotation work was not a sensible handover. Here the cable suffix gives them something precise to answer.
13分Will the corrected information go to the installer directly too? Purchasing can receive the right file while the person beside the equipment still has the old one.
7分Henry, installer and purchasing have the same wrong document. Bruno, its cover says revision 2. Oscar Bennett, seller has not confirmed the cable combination; I've asked them to address that explicitly.
2分Keep it unpowered until that is settled. Revision 2 alone cannot identify a suitable connection arrangement.
8分Isla, did your seller offer the agreed fingers or a different set in the end? I am interested in how they made that decision clear to the person fitting them.
3分Still unanswered in the last reply I have. They admitted the borrowed set, then I asked for the agreed set or a reviewed alternative at their cost. No outcome to lend Nadia here.
11分Seller has sent revision 4, with the pictured cable suffix matching ours. They still haven't stated that the supplied arm, controller and cable are a compatible set. Installer is reviewing the document.
21分That is progress on documentation. Keep the installer and supplier on the same remaining question, including whether revision 4 applies to the other identified components. A matching cable picture is only part of the answer.
7分Nadia, did the installer receive that new file directly? Worth closing that small handover loop while the bigger compatibility answer is pending.
14分Yes, installer has revision 4 directly and the full identification list. Thanks Oscar Allen for naming all three items. Compatibility confirmation remains open and the package is still unpowered.
