Keep it unpowered and ask for an assessment by a competent person with a procedure appropriate to that damage; a seller asking whether it starts has not established that energising it is an appropriate inspection step.

-2分I would preserve the receiving condition in one indexed set. Crate, supports, equipment identity, affected area. It saves the next person deciding that five separate photographs describe five separate deliveries, which is apparently a popular administrative sport.
