How do I show the missing cables when seller counts pieces?

Sent a table: ten blocks expected and received, ten cables expected, four received. Attached their final message listing one of each per kit.

Have they answered the six-cable shortage directly?

No. They keep pointing to the invoice quantity ten and ignoring the unit kit. Replied with that line and the contents message together.

Keep the unpacking count and photographs attached to that comparison; the discussion about the order unit should not obscure which physical items arrived.

Was the received count checked by somebody else?

Any cables packed inside the blocks' individual boxes?

Worth checking before another round of emails.

Nadia, did you keep the little inner cartons as well as the outer box, so whoever recounts can check those pockets?

Second stores person checked all retained packaging. Still four cables. Seller hasn't agreed the shortage. Six incomplete kits remain separate from the four we can assemble.
