UR5e spacer unloading still stops intermittently. Ticket open 29 days. I sent the actual job and fixture identities, but support's questions describe a receiving fixture we do not have. Another video will not fix that mismatch.

Ask them to identify which installed job their questions refer to. Could be the wrong case.
20分Wrong attachment, same ticket. Their technician had the demonstration fixture sequence. Our integrator has supplied the installed version again, with the difference marked.
