Our Chinese seller says the FR5 and gripper mounting kit went to the freight agent. The agent uses another reference and awaits warehouse receipt. Twenty-one days asking; no confirmed location. I bought this for component sorting, not to become the interpreter between two tracking systems. What evidence joins the accounts?

Ask both parties to connect their references to your order and actual package markings in one exchange.
14分Seller supplied a packing photo with a crate mark. Agent doesn't recognise that mark under the reference they gave me.

Request the seller's dated handover record naming the receiving agent, not only the packing photo; prepared goods and transferred custody are different facts.

Is the mounting kit packed in that crate or another package?

The packing list puts it in the arm crate. That's a stated content, not something the agent has checked. Handover evidence is requested.

Preserve that distinction. A located crate won't by itself confirm every listed item inside it.
18分If consolidation changed the reference, ask the agent for the link between the collection record and its warehouse entry, including the last confirmed custody event.

Ask the agent to trace that specific missing handover next; the reference link narrows the search, not the location.
