In a separate handling application of mine, sample release was as relevant as pickup. I included both observations in that application's trial notes for that reason.

The recording should preserve the sample's handling sequence while showing relevant contact detail. A tightly cropped view may omit information needed to understand the observed result.

The recording needs to identify the tooling being demonstrated. Without that connection, it might add no evidence about the substituted kit.

The seller only described the substitution after delivery and provided no application result for the supplied tooling. Evidence from our original kit trial doesn't establish the replacement's performance.

External inspection can help document it. Fitting uncertain tooling isn't needed to ask about the swap; have the applicable interfaces reviewed before installation.
