A section through the filled carton and the supporting layer, with the finger entry and withdrawal on it, will expose more than the top view alone.
5分Bring a representative filled carton to that review. Empty board can look persuasive on a desk while the contents load the base quite differently. Packaging should say which support is required.

5分Exactly. I have seen an automatic packing proposal begin with a person rotating every carton. Useful to know before comparing cycle times, even when the eventual pattern is perfectly sound.
