Our UR5e accessory order calls for 239 matched kits, each with a left and right finger. Stores counted 120 left fingers and 119 right fingers in the sealed delivery. Seller says that is 239 pieces and therefore complete. How do I get the agreed set contents back into this conversation?

Does the final contents message explicitly identify one left and one right finger per kit? Put that beside the invoice quantity and the counted left/right totals. The arithmetic then has something definite to refer to.
23分It does. I sent the message with a table: 239 of each required, 120 left and 119 right received. They replied with the sum again.
2分Ask them to answer the two shortages separately: 119 left and 120 right. Their combined total is avoiding the kit description
20分Keep the received fingers identified too, including the unmatched left; otherwise a later delivery can make the count right while leaving you with the wrong pairs.

Sales. I've asked for the packing supervisor to compare the per-kit list and component counts, not just sign off the invoice total.
