Our UR5e accessory order calls for 239 matched kits, each with a left and right finger. Stores counted 120 left fingers and 119 right fingers in the sealed delivery. Seller says that is 239 pieces and therefore complete. How do I get the agreed set contents back into this conversation?
Does the final contents message explicitly identify one left and one right finger per kit? Put that beside the invoice quantity and the counted left/right totals. The arithmetic then has something definite to refer to.
Keep the received fingers identified too, including the unmatched left; otherwise a later delivery can make the count right while leaving you with the wrong pairs.
Stores has 119 matched sets and the loose left identified. References match the confirmed drawing. Nothing from this accessory order has gone onto a tool yet.
That should expose where the interpretation changed. Have them confirm how any corrective supply will be labelled before the missing fingers arrive as another anonymous mixed box.
