The identified package and what its inspection covered, with findings and unresolved items. A moving demonstration doesn't establish condition or suitability for your puck-transfer job.

14分That's a video, then. Ask for the arm, controller and pendant identities together, and what was replaced or repaired. Cheap kit gets less charming when nobody can tell you which bits belong with it.
21分Include the software and available backup information in that package description. The person taking over needs to know what can be restored and which documentation applies, not merely that someone made it move for a camera.
7分I'd get a price for an independent inspection before booking transport; otherwise the collection cost becomes your reason to ignore the missing answers.

3分Price the handover and support you need too; a lower purchase price may still suit you, but it should not assume your operator arrives knowing an inherited configuration.

Identities supplied. Seller admits inspected meant a basic functional check, not a documented refurbishment assessment.

1分Thomas, keep the puck job cost separate from buying a usable package; you still need the trays and tooling even if the inspection is encouraging.
7分I wouldn't reject it solely because the original check was narrow. I would reject the idea that narrow means complete. A defined independent assessment could still make the decision possible, if the seller will allow it and the cost makes sense.
2分Reece, yes, but I wouldn't pay to discover basic identities they could send for free. Thomas has those now, so at least the assessor can arrive looking at the same package everyone priced.

Seller identifies replaced cables but no wider overhaul. Independent assessor has quoted a defined visit; seller permits it.
