18分One list for the whole order. No separate crate identifier. Their departure photo only shows the arm crate too, though that doesn't tell me what happened elsewhere.

16分We got a second tracking number and thought we'd cracked it. Turned out it was a label the seller had made while replying to us. Ask whether the carrier has the box, not merely whether a number exists.
