Our FR5 arm is here but the controller and pendant cable aren't. I bought a complete package, and the seller keeps saying the rest travelled separately without giving another reference.
We've kept the crate and packing. Is there a sensible way to trace this before everybody sends me the arm's delivered page again?
Ask for the missing package's identifier and its carrier receipt, with the controller and cable listed, rather than another update against the arm shipment
They sent the arm number again. I circled the missing lines on their packing list and asked for the package containing those two items. Trying to keep it painfully simple.
One list for the whole order. No separate crate identifier. Their departure photo only shows the arm crate too, though that doesn't tell me what happened elsewhere.
We got a second tracking number and thought we'd cracked it. Turned out it was a label the seller had made while replying to us. Ask whether the carrier has the box, not merely whether a number exists.
Now we have one, but it's label-only as Hazel warned. Seller says awaiting collection. I've changed our notes from allegedly shipped to awaiting collection on their latest reply.
