Which screen should I capture when our FR5 tray job hangs?

Our FR5 connector-loading job hangs after a tray swap. Seller from Alibaba asked for more information after my video. Fair enough... I filmed the arm, not the message. Which screen matters?

Both the station message and the pendant state, tied to the same occurrence; include where the sequence stopped and which tray was fitted.

I've got a station photo from that stop. It says tray accepted, waiting cycle enable. No pendant photo. Tray was the shallow connector one.

Can the integrator identify what cycle enable means in that sequence? The wording does not tell us which device supplies it.

They say a PLC condition, but their first reply still called it a tray sensor issue. I've asked which input or state is missing. Pick one explanation, please.

Ask for the condition's name and the relevant capture, not a choice between guesses.

It could involve more than one condition, Naomi. Our enable depended on several checks, so the screen name did not point to one sensor by itself.

Fair enough, Callum, I meant I want them to explain the link. They've named the combined condition now and requested a PLC-state capture from the integrator.

Keep that request with the original stop report; the next shift needs to know what to capture, not just that support is investigating.
