Which complete FR10 tool belongs in our polymer-blank removal check?

Door survey is done. Two gripper proposals, but the returned access sketch uses only the fingers from one. I need complete candidates before the arm choice moves any further.

Who is supplying the missing body, adapter and connection details for each candidate?

Each tool supplier. One has returned a full assembly. Other still sends a finger drawing and says the body is standard.

Standard isn't a dimension. Ask them to identify the actual body and fittings. The integrator can't compare a complete tool with an invisible one and give you a useful choice.

Include room to remove the tool connections for service, not only room for them to fit.

Is the setter's fixture-change route shown with either candidate? The tool might leave happily while the person changing the job still has nowhere to put the removed fixture.

Carla, setter route is marked for both. Luis, service access added to the request. Second supplier has named the body but still owes its connection arrangement.

Can the complete candidate be checked while you're waiting for the other?

Yes. Integrator checked it against the surveyed door and found a clash during loaded withdrawal. Asking whether another orientation from that base is possible.

Worth asking before moving the stand. Does the blank have to leave straight initially? A rotated drawing can hide a locating feature that won't release that way.

Straight until clear of the fixture lip. Integrator has kept that constraint; no magic early turn.

Does the alternative orientation also allow the empty tool to return?

Loaded route revised and clear in the model. Empty return conflicts with a rear fitting. We have not selected this candidate.

Did the second supplier ever complete its assembly? You might learn more by comparing it now than repeatedly adjusting the first tool, though it may bring its own problem.

Carla's question is fair. The first supplier answering faster doesn't make its geometry your permanent starting point.

Second assembly arrived. Its loaded withdrawal is clear, but an open finger conflicts with the fixture on return. Both candidates have specific failed paths now.

At least those are real alternatives being checked, not one tool getting all the scrutiny while the other keeps an imaginary clean record.

Integrator is comparing revised returns for both, with service and setter access retained. Thanks, Hana, asking who owed the missing details finally got the second supplier to finish them.

Please report which complete route survives. The tool removal check still matters after that.
