Our read-only availability check times out on the workshop laptop. Another laptop has worked, but its owner only sent a screenshot of a successful result. Ping sometimes works from ours. What details should I request so IT can compare two actual configurations rather than one failure and a memory?

The working interface, address, route, documented service and software versions. Then IT can compare the failing run.
