Our FR5 fixture review has aligned-under-restraint notes and failed released dimensions, but no paired numerical restrained readings; how should I retain the useful history without making the unexplained correction our new process?

What does the final acceptance follow: the first released check or a separate correction?

A separate correction. The route lists it between released inspection and final acceptance, but gives no bracket-level before-and-after readings or method for that operation

Then keep that whole route visible in the estimate, with correction and reinspection as distinct work, and have quality define a new traceable study if the old records cannot explain the released result

Can quality identify the support used for the old released measurement?

Not from these sheets. I've separated the documented sequence from missing measurement conditions, with incoming fit-up, locating scheme and released acceptance listed as questions for the new study

Keep those as questions until their owners answer them, Lin; a new worksheet is useful, but filling its blank stages from assumptions would recreate the same unexplained success story in cleaner handwriting
